SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch all orders between 1 to 2 working days. Once the order has been dispatched, you'll receive a status update. Delivery of the item can then be expected between 2 to 5 days of the dispatch date.
Please note an order cannot be amended once it has been dispatched.
RETURN POLICY
If any of your items arrive damaged and in an unusable state, please let us know within 3 days of delivery. We'll either arrange an exchange or you can post it back to us and we'll issue a refund.
Change your mind on your order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in resellable condition, and in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for paying the cost needed to send it back and is liable for the product during its transport back to us. Any delivery charge from the original order is non-refundable.
Once we receive the package, we will check the item before issuing a refund. You will be notified once the refund has been approved and it will be credited through whichever payment method was originally used. The time period to receive the refund varies as it depends on each payment service used. Contact your bank for any further details.
Any items posted back will be at the expense of the buyer.

We don't accept cash or check payments.
